Hidden Blue

A cocktail with a clean, crystal-clear character and delicate blueberry notes. Ukrainian Spirit creates a smooth and refined base, while the clarified blueberry cordial adds subtle fruity freshness and an unusual visual appeal.

Ingredients:

• Ukrainian Spirit Classic — 50 ml
• Clarified blueberry cordial — 30 ml

Garnish:

• Blueberries

Clarified Blueberry Cordial:

• 300 g blueberries
• 300 ml water
• 150 g sugar

Bring the mixture to the boil, simmer for 5 minutes, then gently crush the berries.

Clarification:
Strain through a fine sieve, then pass through a coffee filter to remove colour and cloudiness. For maximum clarity, you may add 5 g of citric acid — this helps stabilise the flavour and allows the sediment to settle.

How to Prepare:
Pour all ingredients into a chilled mixing glass. Add ice and stir for approximately 30 seconds. Strain into a glass and garnish with blueberries.
